Birch Bay State Park is a 194-acre coastal park in Whatcom County, Washington, nine miles south of Blaine near the Canadian border, featuring 8,255 feet of saltwater shoreline on Birch Bay and 15,000 feet along Terrell Creek.

Nestled in a sheltered blue cove with warmer-than-average Pacific Northwest waters, it offers camping with standard, primitive, and partial-hookup sites for RVs up to 60 feet, plus picnicking, a group camp, and restrooms. Activities include swimming, Dungeness crabbing starting mid-August, clamming, fishing, boating, beachcombing, tide pooling, scuba diving, and a half-mile interpretive Terrell Marsh Trail through wetlands with views of the North Cascades and Canadian Gulf Islands.
