Park
Cape Blanco State Park is Oregon's westernmost point in Curry County, southern Oregon, USA, perched on a dramatic headland 245 feet above the Pacific Ocean about 4 miles north of Port Orford.
It features the historic Cape Blanco Lighthouse, built in 1870 as the state's oldest surviving beacon with a 59-foot tower visible 22 miles offshore, plus the preserved Hughes House, an 1898 Victorian home of early Irish settler Patrick Hughes.
Over eight miles of trails lead to beaches, ocean viewpoints, Sixes River fishing spots, and a 150-acre horse riding area, with a sheltered campground offering RV sites, cabins, and beach access amid strong winds and stunning coastal vistas toward Humbug Mountain.
