Visitors hike over seven miles of trails including the Rapids Trail to scenic overlooks, canoe or kayak the paddling trail spotting limpkins and herons, fish for bass and bream, camp in shaded sites, picnic under historic oaks, bike paths, swim in the pool, and explore Fort Foster Historic Site within the park boundaries open daily from 8 a.m. to sunset.
