Lake Carmi State Park is a 482-acre park near Enosburg Falls in Franklin, Vermont, on the shores of the 1,375-acre Lake Carmi, Vermont's fourth-largest natural lake supporting northern pike, walleye, and warm-water fish amid surrounding peat bogs and wetlands.
Opened in 1959, it offers extensive camping with 140 tent/RV sites, 35 lean-tos, and two cabins, plus day-use beaches for swimming, canoe/kayak/rowboat rentals, boating, fishing, hiking trails, picnicking, a nature center with interpretive programs, horseshoes, volleyball, and winter access for fishing.
The park includes the protected Lake Carmi Bog Natural Area, providing serene shoreline recreation and wildlife viewing from mid-May to Columbus Day.
