Casino/Hotel
Las Vegas Club was a historic casino and hotel on downtown Las Vegas' Fremont Street Experience in Nevada, USA, originally opened in 1930 at 21-23 Fremont Street before relocating across the street in 1949 to the site of the former Overland Hotel, built in 1905. It operated through multiple owners, including Jackie Gaughan who added neon signage and expanded it into a full hotel-casino with 410 rooms, but struggled financially after closing the hotel in 2013 amid sparse amenities like hot dogs at the bar. Sold in 2015 to Derek and Greg Stevens, it shut down permanently that August for redevelopment, was fully demolished starting in 2017, and the site now hosts the Circa Resort & Casino, opened in 2020.
