One of Oklahoma's original seven parks built starting in 1935 by the Civilian Conservation Corps, it features historic stone structures like cabins and an amphitheater, plus 20 semi-modern RV campsites, 16 tent sites, eight cozy cabins, picnic shelters, a swimming pool, tennis courts, ball fields, and miles of hiking/mountain biking trails including the popular Tower Lake Loop and scenic Falls Trail to a waterfall on Sand Creek.
