Named for the indigenous Susquehannock people, it offers over five miles of hiking trails like the steep Rhododendron Trail and Overlook Trail leading to scenic viewpoints at 380 feet above the river for birdwatching ospreys, hawks, and bald eagles.
Visitors enjoy picnicking at 80 tables with grills, a playground, volleyball and softball fields, the state-record beech tree, and wildlife spotting deer and salamanders in diverse habitats of holly, rhododendrons, and wildflowers.
