Casino Hotel
Treasure Island Las Vegas, also known as TI Hotel and Casino, opened in 1993 and was developed by Steve Wynn’s Mirage Resorts as a pirate-themed resort on the Las Vegas Strip.
The property originally featured a family-friendly focus with a large casino, 2,885 rooms, and a popular pirate show in a man-made lagoon. Over time, ownership changed to businessman Phil Ruffin in 2009, who shifted the resort’s appeal towards a younger adult crowd with added entertainment, dining, and retail options.
Treasure Island remains a prominent mid-level resort with extensive gaming facilities and continues to host the long-running Cirque du Soleil show Mystère.
