Designated a state park in 1973 after earlier use as Centerville Park, it offers fishing, boating with rentals for canoes, kayaks, and pedal boats on the lake stocked with bass, catfish, and bream, plus a lifeguarded swimming beach and snack bar in summer.
Amenities include 30 Class AAA RV campsites, 10 walk-in tent sites with hot showers, the historic 1882 Woolly Cabin homestead, the Huckleberry Trail circling the lake, four hiking trails, and 10 miles of mountain bike trails like the Enders Fault loops.
