Saved from demolition in the 1960s by preservationists like Elizabeth Rozier, the restored site now features a recreated 1850s general store, a history film, the Elizabeth Rozier Gallery with rotating Missouri art and culture exhibits, and the Union Hotel's ground floor as Jefferson City's Amtrak station.
